Teo is a multifaceted business executive with an entrepreneurial mindset around tech and global expansion. His career spans the Start-Up, business and NGO ecosystem across Europe & the US. He started his career at Deel in 2021 as part of the inaugural 40 person cohort leading the Business Development team by the end of the year, at $3.7B valuation. Pivoting to Synthesia in 2022 as the Global Head of Sales Development and growing a global team of 4 to 17 individuals and ARR from $4M to $46M in 1 year, driving $2.4B valuation. After taking a small break and solo traveling throughout South America, he returned to Deel (now the fastest growing startup in the history valued at $17.3B with 7k employees and $1.1B ARR), leading key market expansions through 3 acquisitions for Deel HR, a new product vertical.  Teo has never spent time in an office, enjoys an active lifestyle, has travelled 32 countries and is a keen believer that the only way to break the glass ceiling is run through it.
